Terms of Service

🍓 GENERAL
✦ I reserve the right to refuse any commission that makes me uncomfortable for any reason.
✦ If the client disrespects me or behaves in an offensive way, I will cancel the commission.
✦ I will not accept offensive, hateful, or discriminatory requests.
✦ If I cannot fulfill what the client is asking for due to lack of skill or feasibility, I will politely decline.🍓 PROCESS
✦ The client must provide all necessary details before I start: references, colors, expressions, poses, etc (unless it's a 'Surprise Me' commission).
✦ I will send a sketch for approval. I will only continue the artwork after the client confirms the sketch.
✦ Major changes (poses, composition, important details) must be requested during the sketch stage.
✦ Color changes can be made later without any issues.
✦ Delivery time varies depending on:
- Number of active commissions
- Complexity of the artwork
- My personal schedule
✦ If the client takes more than 2–4 days to respond after I send the sketch, the commission will be canceled without refund, as I cannot work without confirmation.🍓 PAYMENT
✦ Payment first before I start working on your commission.
✦ Accepted methods: Pix, Paypal or Revolut.
✦ If you want a specific custom size for your artwork, please mention it in your request.🍓 DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
✦ Estimated delivery: 3 weeks.
✦ My estimated delivery time is 3 weeks, but the refund policy guarantees you 2 months of protection.
✦ This extra time exists to cover health issues (such as migraines) and unexpected delays — without requiring medical proof.🍓 REFUNDS
✦ Refunds will only be given in these situations:
100% refund – If I can't finish within 2 months and delivered no sketches.
No refund – If the artwork is already finished OR if the client cancels after I've already started working on the sketch.🍓 CLIENT RIGHTS
✦ You may use the artwork for personal purposes only.
✦ You may post the artwork on your social media with proper credit (linking to me).🍓 NOT ALLOWED
❌ Altering or editing my artwork in any way.
❌ Removing my watermark/signature.
❌ Reselling my artwork without permission.
❌ Claiming my work as your own.🍓 COPYRIGHT
✦ I have permission to post the artwork on my social media (portfolio, galleries, etc.).
✦ If you want the artwork to remain private for a certain period (e.g., for a surprise), just let me know and I will respect that time.
✦ If you want the artwork to be completely private (never posted by me), an additional fee will be charged.
✦ I will never sell your commissioned artwork to other people or modify it for resale.🍓 HARASSMENT POLICY
✦ Please do not message me every single day asking for updates. I understand you're excited, but I have other commissions and responsibilities (college, life, etc.). I will update you when there is progress.
✦ Respectful communication is key.
✦ Kindness goes a long way! 💜
